3-19-08  8:30am 8777 Purdue Rd Indianapolis, IN Pike, IFD Multiple Vehicle Recovery Strange incident.  Caller called 911 to report he'd seen a car enter the water. Upon investigating, divers discovered another car in the retention pond. IFD then dropped a SONAR unit into the pond only to discover multiple vehicles submerged (five or more). Four were pulled from the water including the vehicle seen entering the water that day. Three of them are pictured here. No victims found in vehicles. It is unclear as to when the other vehicles were submerged, but judging from the photos, it looks as though they had been there for some time.
