Simply fill out the info below and I will send you the photos
or hand-deliver them to your station (if you leave me that information.)
You can then send me a check at your convenience.

NOTE ON PAYMENT - Currently, you can pay me with a check, cash, or though Paypal (credit Card, etc)
Payment is not due until I deliver the prints to you unless you'd like to prepay through Paypal.

NOTE: Paypal orders will be handled immediately and are sent out right away.

NOTE: All prints are printed on high-quality, heavy-bound, acid free photo paper.
NOT the cheap paper you find in department stores.

I need the date of the photo and the corresponding "Image number" in the series. The Image number is found in the bottom left corner (ie - Image # 2 of 15) If you are unable to determine the image number, please give me a call or email me with the photo description and we'll figure it out.
